Job Overview

Are you a dynamic and results-oriented sales expert with a strong interest in the food service sector? The Louisiana Restaurant Association is on the lookout for a Driven Sales Specialist to enhance our efforts in fostering growth and prosperity for our members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively seek out, engage, and enroll new restaurant members to the LRA.
  • Establish and nurture robust relationships with existing and prospective members.
  • Comprehend the distinct requirements of restaurant proprietors and provide tailored solutions that add value and improve their operations.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to design and implement impactful sales initiatives.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and support to our members.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and market changes to provide insightful guidance to our members.
  • Participate in industry gatherings and represent the LRA to advocate for our organization and services.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success in sales, with at least 3 years of experience in a relevant field.
  • Enthusiastic, self-driven, and target-focused.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with the restaurant sector is a considerable advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills and effective time management.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively.
  • Residence in the New Orleans Metro Area is required.
