Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team and develop a solid strategy for targeting an assigned channel or geography. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for building an effective go-to-market strategy to drive awareness, build advocacy, engage in account planning, and identify and manage new sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and drive the regional strategy for growth and new customer acquisition in our Unregulated segment (Consumer Packaged Goods, Manufacturing, High Tech, Telecommunications)
  • Collaborate with your team to define and deliver compelling value propositions to generate opportunities
  • Track, analyze, and communicate key metrics and business trends to management
  • Support all aspects of regional development, including meeting with customer influencers and planning focused marketing activities
  • Engage with customers to ensure they are set up for success post-deal
  • Prospect potential new customers through targeted outbound activity
  • Understand customer growth goals, strategies, and initiatives, and establish Copado as a best-in-class solution
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales objectives
  • Participate in product, sales, process training, and certifications to develop expertise in the Copado solution, vision, and strategy
  • Manage account relationships, pipeline, and forecast in Salesforce CRM
Requirements
  • 4+ years of recent experience selling technology and IT solutions
  • 1+ year of experience working in the Salesforce ecosystem for a sales capacity
  • Ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to multitask and work with shifting priorities and uncertainty in a startup environment
  • Passion for leading and building a region by collaborating and motivating others to execute a defined plan and strategy
  • Team player with a strong understanding of the importance of collaboration and mutual success
