POSITION OVERVIEW
We are looking for a Sales Executive to enhance our sales performance. Collaborating closely with our Business Development and Technical teams, you will devise and implement sales strategies aimed at attracting new clientele. A proven track record in sales is essential, while technical expertise is not mandatory.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Cultivate and sustain robust customer relationships through consistent engagement, comprehending customer requirements, and delivering outstanding service.
  • Identify and chase new business prospects, while also expanding sales with current clients. Formulate and execute sales strategies to meet and surpass sales objectives.
  • Acquire comprehensive product knowledge to effectively convey product features, advantages, and value propositions to clients.
  • Conduct market analysis to pinpoint customer trends, competitor actions, and growth opportunities.
  • Maintain precise sales documentation, generate sales reports, and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., operations, project management) to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.
  • Professional Development: Participate in industry events and training sessions to remain informed about industry trends and improve sales competencies.
EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in computer software
  • Capability to sit or stand for prolonged periods.
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check, drug screening, and/or physical examination.
