**Role Summary:**

The Field Sales Engineer will spearhead sales initiatives in Louisiana and Mississippi, concentrating on rapidly expanding market segments.

In this role, you will be integral to the sales process, engaging with potential clients, fostering relationships with current customers, and creating sales opportunities for our diverse range of products, systems, and services.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Leverage your strong communication and networking abilities to cultivate relationships and drive sales growth with our clientele.
  • Prepare proposals, including performing fundamental thermal calculations to ascertain appropriate heating needs and devise effective heating solutions.
  • Manage and oversee various stages of the order cycle, including order entry, approval drawings, and material return authorizations.
  • Work on reclaiming past business while simultaneously managing and expanding sales within a designated customer portfolio.
  • Track sales performance and bookings for assigned accounts.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and creativity in business development strategies.
  • Participate in industry events to enhance awareness of our solutions and establish connections with key stakeholders, including venue owners, management, and developers.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in outside sales or the service sector.
  • A Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering is preferred; other technical degrees will also be considered.
  • Self-driven and results-focused, with a proven history of surpassing sales targets.
  • Demonstrated capability to collaborate effectively across various departments to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
  • Proven experience in problem-solving, creative thinking, and promptly addressing personnel and project-related challenges.
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks while maintaining a strong sense of urgency.
  • Exceptional organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
