Position Overview: As a Lead Sales Account Executive, you will serve as the vital link between Kargo and the advertising marketplace. This senior role requires leveraging your extensive network and expertise to drive substantial growth across key agencies and brands. You will play a crucial role in shaping revenue forecasts and providing market insights to guide our strategic direction.
Key Responsibilities:

- Exhibit a proactive approach to sales, focusing on expanding current business and generating new opportunities.

- Provide feedback to the product team to inform our development roadmap.
- Collaborate with creative and account management teams to develop compelling proposals.
- Support account management in servicing and renewing client contracts while identifying upsell opportunities.
- Demonstrate leadership qualities to inspire and guide junior team members.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in online and programmatic advertising sales, with at least 3 years in marketing or media sales.
- Proven track record of managing a sales team.
- Strong network of contacts within brands and agencies.
- Ability to engage effectively with C-Level executives and secure stakeholder support.
- In-depth knowledge of digital, mobile, and television marketing.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly motivated team player with proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
- Passionate about sales and adaptable to evolving market demands.
- Willingness to travel as required.
