Job Title: Worldwide Channel Sales & Operations Lead

At Apple, we're revolutionizing industries with innovative technology and a commitment to diversity and inclusion. We're seeking a talented Worldwide Channel Sales & Operations Lead to join our team and drive sales growth through strategic partnerships and operations excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive vision and strategy for our data and AI technology blueprint and architecture.
  • Establish and oversee data quality standards and strategies to ensure accurate business outcomes.
  • Design and build connected data models and algorithms to answer business questions and estimate causal impact.
  • Transform data science prototypes to useful NLP applications, train ML models, and extend libraries to NLP tasks and ongoing analyses.
  • Drive digitization, automation, process changes, and a data-first culture within the channel sales & ops team.
  • Partner with cross-functional data teams to build a world-class AI technology stack and process.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in product leadership roles at major internet players and startups.
  • Experience with data-driven digital transformation projects using AI/ML/NLP technology.
  • Strong background in mathematical modeling, linear and non-linear regression, and consumer decision-making theory.
  • Expertise in R/Python, NLP, and other languages important to the ETL data pipeline.
  • Computer Science or Data Engineering degree (Master's degree or higher preferred).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in design/development of complex decision-making systems.
  • Experience with building product and data technology stacks, architecture design, and development.
  • Expertise in industry-standard data analysis and reporting tools, including Tableau.
  • Product management mindset/leader with deep business expertise.
  • Ability to share results with a non-technical audience and advance multiple projects at once on a tight schedule.
  • Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to personally deliver large-scale initiatives in a fast-paced environment with high levels of complexity and ambiguity.
  • Global mentality.
  • Experience in sales, consulting, business performance analytics, business operations, or change management.
  • Proven change agent and strong strategic problem solver.
  • Proven track record of clear communications with C-suite partners and across cross-functional teams.
