Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Channel Business Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and executing channel strategies to support our territory sales teams. You'll work closely with our partners to create unique business plans, drive revenue growth, and build strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute channel strategies to support territory sales teams
- Manage a strategic group of partners to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
- Develop and maintain territory plans to support key sales initiatives and business goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to maximize growth opportunities
- Design and deliver compelling value propositions to inspire partners to promote our solutions
- Provide clear and consistent communication across the region to build strong partnerships
- Lead regular business performance and relationship reviews with senior management and stakeholders
- 5+ years of experience in channel management, supporting mixed sales segment territories
- Understanding of channel operating models and sales, marketing, and solution development
- Strong initiative and ability to think creatively, with excellent presentation, written, and overall communication skills
- Consistent track record of leading complex sales situations through negotiation and conflict resolution
