We're looking for a talented Demand Generation Manager to join our growth team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth through efficient sales demos and marketing experiments.
The RoleIn this role, you'll own our worldwide affiliate marketing channels, managing our high-intent Review Sites program while standing up new affiliate initiatives. You'll partner with our go-to-market, marketing operations, and analytics teams to deliver top-notch results.
Key Responsibilities- Develop a multi-year strategy for affiliate programs and Review Sites as the company scales to $1B ARR and beyond.
- Build and manage a roster of Review Site program partners, negotiating and deploying budgets for optimal down-funnel performance.
- Expand our Review Site program internationally and across net new product suites, identifying areas for investment.
- Use data to drive optimizations of budgets and bids for each affiliate program, balancing cost, growth, and efficiency.
- Build out Partner and Social affiliate programs from 0 to 1 and beyond.
- Partner with the Comms team to empower Review Site organizations to generate accurate and comprehensive editorial coverage of our products.
- Work cross-functionally to enable teams within Marketing to leverage your channels to meet product and segment-specific goals.
- 3-5+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment, with a strong ownership mindset and bias to action.
- Adept vendor management and cross-functional communication skills.
- Structured, data-driven problem-solving and hackiness/creativity.

This role will receive a competitive salary + benefits + equity. The salary for US-based employees will be aligned with one of the ranges below based on location.
The pay range for this role is: $78,025 USD per year (US Tier 2), $73,413 USD per year (US Tier 3).
