Channel Account Manager

At Absolute Software, we're seeking a highly skilled Inside Channel Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our channel sales organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our channel partners, driving sales growth, and supporting our overall channel strategy.
Key Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned channel NSPs, including Insight, SHI, Connection, and Zones.
- Identify and create opportunities that lead to direct sales generation from NSP partners.
- Establish professional relationships with key NSP, distribution, and OEM contacts.
- Maintain knowledge of NSP opportunities and their close dates using best practices within Salesforce.
- Collaborate with Absolute Account Executives, OEM partner managers, and NSP partner reps to grow and expand relationships.
- Proactively lead a defined joint partner planning process to develop mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones.
- Utilize Absolute's sales enablement tools and data to track and drive NSP partner sales performance.
- Support NSP and OEM partner trainings and sales events, including travel to partner locations when needed.
- Manage potential channel conflict with other partner channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally.
- Bachelor's degree preferred (related working years of experience will also be considered).
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a business-to-business sales environment, with a strong preference for experience in outbound sales activities.
- Excellent communication skills.
