About the Role
City Winery is seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Manager to join our team. This exciting opportunity allows you to combine your passion for customer service with your knowledge of hospitality and event management.

You will be responsible for handling incoming calls and emails from patrons, addressing customer inquiries, and supporting the guest services team with ticket operations. Your excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, will ensure a positive experience for every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming calls and emails from patrons regarding ticket purchases, event inquiries, reservations, and general inquiries.
  • Provide friendly and knowledgeable assistance to customers, ensuring a seamless experience with every interaction.
  • Resolve customer concerns and issues promptly and professionally, escalating complex matters to the appropriate team members as needed.

Requirements:
