Customer Experience Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Member Services Supervisor to join our team at Spring Place. This role is responsible for supporting the administrative functions of the Member Services department, ensuring a top-tier level of hospitality and maintaining operational standards.
About the Role:
- Oversee and guide efforts of the MSA team, including training and orienting new hires.
- Develop and manage the MSA department schedules, ensuring proper coverage and staff breaks.
- Maintain MSA inventory and conduct daily floor and conference room walkthroughs to ensure operational and design standards are met.
- Accommodate guests' needs by scheduling, confirming, and changing reservations accurately and timely.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of previous front desk or customer experience.
- High level of responsibility and professionalism.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and delegate tasks as needed.
Estimated Salary Range: $46,000 - $50,000 per year, based on 20 hours of work per week in New York City.
