As our Customer Experience Manager, you'll be instrumental in driving this vision forward by overseeing the workflows, quality, and outcome of our healthcare advocate team.
About the OpportunityThis role offers a unique chance to join a cutting-edge healthcare technology company and contribute to shaping the future of medical billing. You'll work closely with our product and engineering teams to inform and drive automation improvements, creating tools and templates that empower our advocates to succeed.
Responsibilities- Oversee the daily operations of our healthcare advocate team, ensuring high-quality case resolutions and efficient workflow management.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer communications and improve overall customer experience.
The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of healthcare industry trends and challenges.
Estimated Salary: $105,000 - $125,000 per year.
