We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead and drive the daily operations of our airport locations. This role offers a unique opportunity to join our dynamic team as we continue to expand and innovate in the airport industry.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will oversee all hourly and salaried team members, ensuring a smooth operation. They will also be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage day-to-day operations of a team of Ambassadors and Managers who utilize CLEAR technology to perform duties related to airport security, customer service, and sales.
* Ensure CLEAR and TSA policy and procedures are conducted with the highest levels of security and integrity.
* Manage labor to ensure highest utility, and oversee payroll and scheduling.

Requirements:
* At least 6 years of leadership experience in a high volume, fast-paced, and customer-facing environment (i.e. retail, restaurants, hospitality, rental cars).
* Excellent leadership and organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities and influence others in an ever-changing environment.
* Availability to work a non-traditional schedule (i.e. weekends, holidays, early mornings, and/or evenings)
