About the Role

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement customer-centric strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and meet sales targets
  • Oversee store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to develop business plans and strategies to drive growth and profitability
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in retail management, sales, or customer service
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year
