About the RoleThe successful candidate will have a strong background in retail management, with a focus on customer service, sales acumen, and team leadership. They will be responsible for developing and implementing customer-centric strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction, as well as leading and motivating a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and meet sales targets.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement customer-centric strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and meet sales targets
- Oversee store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with the leadership team to develop business plans and strategies to drive growth and profitability
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in retail management, sales, or customer service
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year
