Customer Experience Manager

Kale is seeking a skilled Brand Manager to join our marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing brand relationships, developing marketing strategies, and driving business growth. If you have a solid understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and distribution strategies, and are familiar with social media / consumer brands, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage brand relationships and develop marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives, working closely with internal teams including sales, marketing, product development, and customer support.
- Analyze content performance metrics, engagement data, and audience feedback to inform marketing strategies and improve brand success.
- Work with cross-functional teams to resolve technical, operational, or content-related issues, providing timely solutions and ensuring seamless brand onboarding and campaign execution.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum 3-4 years of professional experience in general marketing, brand marketing, account management, project management, customer success, or a similar role.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and distribution strategies.
- Familiarity with social media / consumer brands and a proven ability to quickly grasp and communicate industry-specific value propositions.
**Benefits and Compensation:**
We offer competitive compensation and benefits package including healthcare and retirement benefits. Estimated salary: $95,000 - $120,000 per year based on location and experience.
