About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Activity Director to join our team at Frontier Management (OR). As an Activity Director, you will play a vital role in ensuring the emotional and social well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and direct activity programs that meet the physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs of our residents.
  • Oversee all aspects of the Activity Department, including program development, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Participate in resident care conferences to ensure a comprehensive understanding of resident needs.
  • Develop new activity programs to keep up with trends and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • As a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience as an Activity Aide and/or Activity Director in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
  • One (1) year of experience in a director or managerial role.
  • NCCAP Certification is preferable, but we are willing to invest in the right candidate.
