Job Summary

Adaptive Medical Partners is seeking a highly skilled Imaging Services Manager to lead our team in planning, organizing, and managing the daily operational functions of imaging services. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing, coordinating, evaluating, and directing patient care services and all technical and administrative activities in alignment with our facility's mission, vision, and values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve imaging services and patient care
  • Manage and coordinate the daily operations of imaging services, including staffing, budgeting, and resource allocation
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve patient flow and reduce wait times
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure optimal equipment and supply management
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in imaging services management or a related field
  • ARRT (R) certification required; MRI certification a plus
  • ARRT (CT) certification required
  • Acute care setting experience a plus
