Job Title: Patient Access Representative II
Location: CHA Cambridge Hospital
Job Type: Part-time
Work Schedule: 8 hour shifts, every other weekend holiday commitment
Compensation: Competitive salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Patient Access Representative II. In this role, you will be responsible for managing patient flow, providing administrative support to the medical staff, and performing clinical tasks such as taking vitals and assisting with procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate patient admissions and discharges
- Manage electronic medical records
- Provide accurate and timely information to patients and families
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- AHA or ARC BLS Healthcare Provider certification
- One year of previous experience as a nursing assistant
- Currently enrolled in a nursing program or completion of an approved certified nursing assistant training program
