About the Role

As a Senior Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for performing calendar and schedule management, coordinating meetings, and maintaining office operations. You will also have the opportunity to plan and execute events, manage electronic databases, and process payments and travel vouchers.

Responsibilities:

  • Calendar Management: Perform complex calendar and schedule management to ensure seamless coordination of meetings and appointments.
  • Meeting Coordination: Coordinate meeting arrangements, including booking space, organizing tech and media, and confirming details.
  • Event Planning: Plan and execute events as needed, including logistics, catering, and communications.
  • Office Operations: Manage office supplies, equipment maintenance, mail distribution, and office communication.
  • Database Management: Maintain and accurately update electronic databases and websites.
  • Financial Management: Monitor invoices and expenses, process requests for payment and reimbursement, and process payments, travel vouchers, and other purchases.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5+ years of professional administrative experience required; experience in higher education preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate and interact regularly with university officials, external organizations, and the public.
