Job Title: Front Office Manager

Job Summary:
Cambridge Immigration Law, P.C. is seeking a highly skilled Front Office Manager to join our team in Cambridge, MA. As a key member of our office staff, you will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, providing exceptional client service, and supporting our legal team in their mission to help clients succeed.

Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations, including reception, administrative support, and document management
- Provide exceptional client service, including welcoming and assisting clients, responding to phone calls and emails, and managing client communications
- Serve as a liaison between clients and the legal team, coordinating communication and facilitating the exchange of information
- Manage and maintain accurate records, including client files and documents

Requirements and Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in office management or administration
- Bilingual in English and another non-English language
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year
