This is an exciting opportunity to join the Massachusetts Institute of Technology's Executive Education team as an Executive Education Administrative Coordinator. In this role, you will provide complex administrative support to the Senior Associate Dean and Managing Directors, working closely with the Head of Finance and Administration for Executive Education. Your primary responsibilities will include managing the calendar of the Senior Associate Dean, coordinating internal and external meetings, and arranging domestic and international travel. You will also provide similar support to three Managing Directors, assist with interviewing processes, onboarding new hires, and off-boarding employees.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Senior Associate Dean's calendar, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel
- Provide similar support to three Managing Directors
- Assist with interviewing processes, employee onboarding, and off-boarding

Requirements:
- High school diploma and a minimum of five years of administrative experience
- Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities and proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications

Compensation:
$32-$36 per hour, based on related experience, expertise, and internal equity.
