Proactively identify risks and issues, collaborating with stakeholders to devise solutions through strategic planning and action steps.

Escalate risks and issues as necessary for timely resolution and mitigation.

Establish strong professional relationships with key stakeholders.

Act as the primary contact for department-specific inquiries regarding ongoing and upcoming projects.

Create contract-specific templates essential for operations and future growth projects.

Develop, monitor, and assess relevant KPIs and other leading indicators to ensure departmental objectives are achieved.

Continuously evaluate integration processes and conduct post-project reviews to recommend improvements to the leadership team.

Initiate and manage department-specific process enhancement initiatives.

Oversee any special or ad-hoc projects related to the Accounting department or other strategic initiatives.

This role requires a highly organized, process-oriented, and self-motivated individual.

Performance Goals:

Achieve a positive impact on the Astrana Health team and client experience through implementation projects, measured by team member engagement, post-integration feedback, and comprehensive team evaluations.

Deliver timely accounting contributions for new market expansions and special projects.

Contribute to a positive workplace culture at Astrana Health, evaluated through Integration team member engagement, productivity, and growth metrics.
