Overview

The Client Relations Manager is accountable for driving branch sales objectives while ensuring high standards of customer service and operational integrity. This role encompasses personnel management, staff development, and cultivating a service-oriented sales culture within the branch. You will promote and implement exceptional customer service practices, provide operational support for business development, and collaborate with colleagues to enhance customer retention and acquisition initiatives. Compliance with regulatory standards and adherence to company policies are paramount, as is maintaining the branch's operational integrity.

Key Responsibilities

Service and Sales:

  • Engage professionally with all levels of personnel and clients, demonstrating a commitment to outstanding customer service.
  • Guide staff in identifying cross-selling opportunities during customer interactions.
  • Establish and monitor individual performance objectives, providing coaching and mentorship to ensure alignment with service and sales standards.
  • Collaborate with management to develop onboarding plans for new customers, including product and service setup.
  • Support marketing initiatives and business development efforts to achieve branch growth and profitability.

Operations and Management:

  • Oversee branch operations, ensuring compliance with policies, regulations, and satisfactory audit outcomes.
  • Utilize operational reviews to maintain sound conditions within the branch.
  • Evaluate staffing needs and skill sets to meet customer service demands effectively.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and recommend staffing decisions to enhance team development.

Qualifications

  • A college degree is advantageous.
  • Three to five years of experience in a similar role with supervisory responsibilities.
  • Comprehensive understanding of branch service functions and banking regulations.
  • Direct sales experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
  • Strong management skills with a focus on planning and organization.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Bi-lingual capabilities in English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) are preferred.
