POSITION SUMMARY

Heluna Health's Integrated Correction Health Services (ICHS) is dedicated to improving healthcare quality and delivery for the incarcerated population within County jails. ICHS is responsible for the creation and provision of integrated medical, mental health, and substance use disorder treatment services tailored for inmates. Our mission includes ensuring continuity of healthcare treatment during re-entry into the community by coordinating comprehensive transition services with County departments and community organizations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Oversee the management of ICHS contracts, ensuring budget monitoring and compliance with allowable contract limits.
- Collaborate with Contract & Grants analysts and ICHS program office to assess contract requirements, validate funding availability, and adhere to County policies alongside Federal and State regulations.
- Prepare Financial Performance Analysis (FPA) reports, including financial summaries for Services & Supplies, Registry, Physician and Specialty Contracts, Capital Assets, and Revenues to track expenditure and revenue patterns.
- Undertake assignments as directed by the Finance lead.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Minimum of four years of experience in a role focused on analyzing and providing recommendations for organizational, programmatic, procedural, budgetary, or personnel challenges.

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution with a minimum of twenty-one (21) semester units or thirty-two (32) quarter units in accounting, including at least two (2) advanced courses in areas such as cost accounting and auditing.
Certificates, Licenses, and Clearances
  • Possession of a valid California Class C Driver License or the ability to utilize alternative transportation methods as necessary for job-related functions.
  • Successful completion of the Live Scan process with the County of Los Angeles.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changing environments.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access.
