POSITION SUMMARY
The Integrated Correction Health Services (ICHS) is dedicated to improving the quality and accessibility of healthcare for the incarcerated population. ICHS is responsible for the development and provision of comprehensive medical, mental health, and substance use disorder treatment services tailored to the needs of inmates. The organization ensures continuity of care as individuals transition back into the community by coordinating extensive support services with County departments and community organizations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Oversee the management of ICHS contracts, including budget monitoring to ensure compliance with allowable contract limits.
2. Collaborate with Contract & Grants analysts and the ICHS program office to assess contract requirements, validate funding availability, and ensure adherence to County policies and Federal and State regulations.
3. Prepare Financial Performance Analysis (FPA) reports, encompassing financial data for Services & Supplies, Registry, Physician and Specialty Contracts, Capital Assets, and Other Charges and Revenues to track expenditure and revenue patterns.
4. Complete additional assignments as directed by the Finance lead.

QUALIFICATIONS
1. Minimum of four years of experience in a role focused on analyzing and providing recommendations for organizational, programmatic, procedural, budgetary, or personnel challenges.

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution with at least twenty-one (21) semester units or thirty-two (32) quarter units in accounting, including two (2) advanced courses in cost accounting and auditing.
Certificates, Licenses, and Clearances
  • Possession of a valid California Class C Driver License or alternative transportation means to fulfill job-related essential functions.
  • Successful completion of the Live Scan process with the County of Los Angeles.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to evolving circumstances.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access.
