Levy, the leading hospitality company in the sports and entertainment industry, is seeking an experienced Executive Sous Chef to join our culinary team at the United Center in Chicago.

We are looking for a passionate and driven individual who can deliver exceptional culinary experiences to our guests. As an Executive Sous Chef, you will play a key role in executing cuisine in all Banquet areas, including player, family dining, and press meals. You will also be responsible for leading a team and achieving cost goals while living our Company vision and values.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience as an Executive Banquet Chef or Banquet Chef in a high-volume banquet or catering environment. A culinary degree or equivalent certification is preferred from a recognized culinary institution. You must be detail-oriented, highly organized, and have a high level of computer literacy.

At Levy, we offer a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan, flexible time off plan, holiday time off, associate shopping program, health and wellness programs, discount marketplace, identity theft protection, pet insurance, commuter benefits, employee assistance program, and flexible spending accounts (FSAs).
