**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Culinary Operations Manager to lead our culinary team at the United Center. As a central leadership role, you will provide direction and coaching to team members to drive exceptional food and guest experience.

This is a dynamic role that requires a strong passion for hospitality, food, and retail. You will be responsible for overseeing operations within 4 clubs, identifying opportunities for improvement, and driving quality and sanitation standards. Your experience in a culinary leadership position, combined with your high level of computer literacy, will enable you to effectively manage employee schedules, monitor financial goals, and maintain equipment maintenance routines.

In this role, you will set the standard for culinary excellence, oversee equipment maintenance routines, communicate and monitor par levels, and ensure all routine kitchen management procedures are adhered to. Additionally, you will create menu specifications, set standards for chef table setups, and perform daily line checks to verify quality and flavor standards.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in a culinary leadership position, a culinary degree (preferred), and excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. A salary range of **$80,000 - $110,000 per year** reflects the complexity and importance of this role.
