Kitchen Director
Talbott Hotel Chicago seeks a highly skilled Kitchen Director to lead our culinary team and deliver exceptional results. This role requires a strong leader with exceptional organizational and communication skills, who can motivate a team of chefs and cooks to achieve outstanding performance.
About the Job
- This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
- The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in culinary arts or a related field and 2-4 years of experience in a high-volume restaurant environment.
- You will be responsible for managing the kitchen staff, planning menus, and controlling inventory, while maintaining high standards of quality and service.
- The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team of chefs and cooks.
- Other key responsibilities include managing budgets, maintaining kitchen equipment, and adhering to health and safety regulations.
