Clean Harbors is seeking a Corporate Retail Account Executive to become a vital member of our safety-focused team. This role entails overseeing all facets of Corporate Account strategy, sales execution, and relationship management with Fortune 1000 clients and large centralized organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that Health and Safety remains the foremost priority by adhering to all safe work practices, policies, and procedures.
  • Utilize insights and consultative selling techniques to educate clients about their industry while providing unique perspectives that connect to Clean Harbors solutions.
  • Identify and research potential organizations to pinpoint the appropriate customer stakeholders.
  • Guide customer stakeholders and foster consensus for Clean Harbors solutions within their organizations.
  • Independently and collaboratively strategize to address deal-level challenges.
  • Formulate and execute strategic sales plans for Corporate Accounts to support the company in achieving profitable revenue growth.
  • Enhance existing business relationships by increasing account satisfaction and managing contractual service requirements.
  • Successfully propose, negotiate, and finalize profitable revenue opportunities at both existing and new account locations.
  • Effectively communicate account strategies to the marketing team, field sales organization, and relevant internal stakeholders.
  • Provide leadership within the organization by collaborating with and guiding line management and field sales and service teams to meet objectives.
  • Assess customer needs, comprehend market dynamics, and ensure appropriate service/product delivery and pricing.
  • Understand account profitability and potential to develop strategies that maximize profit and expand market share.
  • Identify and cultivate additional Corporate Accounts through detailed target analysis.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience, with a focus on sales.
  • Ability to provide direction and coaching on developing and executing account plans.
  • Proficient in using advanced numerical analyses to inform decision-making.
  • Strong industry knowledge, selling and negotiation skills, and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills and accountability for achieving job responsibilities.
  • Willingness to travel 25% to 50% nationally.
  • Ability to work remotely and develop relationships within the customer network.
  • Experience engaging with prospects and customers at the corporate level.
