Position Summary

The Pricing Integrity Specialist is responsible for maintaining the accuracy of pricing throughout the store. This role involves managing price adjustments and addressing any pricing discrepancies. By ensuring consistent and compliant pricing practices, the specialist enhances customer trust and loyalty. This includes verifying that shelf labels and promotional signage are accurate and up-to-date across all departments.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI) - Defining Success

Compliance with KCTB (Kameleon Corrective Tag Batch) should be maintained at 80% or higher to ensure pricing integrity and foster customer confidence.

Weekly Category Scans - Conducting regular price checks to confirm accuracy.

Essential Duties - Expectations

Service: 40%

Foster an inviting atmosphere for customers, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated. Conduct merchandise test scans to verify price accuracy, product descriptions, and taxability. Address pricing issues and discrepancies in price files promptly.

Financial: 30%

Perform daily and weekly administrative responsibilities, including communications and price file updates. Regularly review shelf labels and signage for accuracy and take corrective actions as needed. Assist in organizing the inventory process while ensuring compliance with food safety standards.

Leadership: 15%

Encourage a culture of trust and respect among team members through collaboration and effective communication. Work closely with store and department management to implement pricing changes effectively, ensuring adherence to all regulations.

Compliance/Safety: 15%

Maintain company standards for safety and food handling practices. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, including executing product recalls efficiently. Promote a culture of safety by adhering to safety protocols and reporting any unsafe conditions.
