  3. Conduct comprehensive behavioral interviews to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural alignment. The screening process will encompass resume evaluations, interviews, reference checks, and assessments. Provide timely and constructive feedback to hiring leaders to streamline the selection process.
  4. Enhance our organization’s reputation as an employer of choice by developing and executing compelling employer branding strategies. Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to produce engaging content, manage our online presence, and participate in industry events to bolster our employer brand.
  5. Guarantee a positive and professional candidate experience from the initial contact through the onboarding journey. Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and guiding them through each phase of the recruitment process.
  6. Monitor recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire, to assess the effectiveness of our strategies.
  7. Build strong partnerships and collaborative relationships with hiring leaders, HR colleagues, and external partners. Offer guidance and training to hiring leaders on best practices in interviewing, talent assessment, and hiring decisions. Collaborate with hiring leaders to create job descriptions that accurately reflect the responsibilities and requirements of the positions.

Qualifications and Skills:

  1. A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
  2. 2-4 years of demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related role.
  3. Strong understanding of talent acquisition best practices, including sourcing strategies, candidate evaluation techniques, and employment regulations.
  4. Consultative and collaborative approach with the ability to foster effective working relationships across the organization. Proven ability to engage and influence staff and management at all levels.
  5. Skilled in managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines, with the ability to prioritize conflicting demands and organize time and resources to achieve consistent results.
  6. Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software, with a preference for experience in Oracle Recruiter Cloud.
  7. Analytical mindset with the capability to utilize data for informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
  8. Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage several recruitment projects simultaneously.
  9. Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  10. Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational objectives.
  11. Ability to work independently with a high level of accountability.
  12. Capacity to foster trust and build solid relationships with hiring leaders through effective performance on key positions.
  13. Thrives in a dynamic environment with a strong sense of urgency to manage searches and deliver results.
  14. Ability to present candidates effectively without overselling.
  15. Understanding of market compensation trends.
