Position Summary
The Pricing Analyst is responsible for maintaining the accuracy of pricing throughout the store. This role involves managing price adjustments and addressing any pricing discrepancies. By ensuring consistent and compliant pricing practices, we aim to enhance customer trust and loyalty. The Pricing Analyst will oversee the accuracy of shelf labels and signage across all departments, ensuring they reflect the correct pricing and promotions while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Performance Indicators (KPI) - Success Metrics
The KCTB (Kameleon Corrective Tag Batch) compliance rate should be maintained at 80% or higher to ensure pricing integrity and foster customer confidence.
Weekly Category Scans - Conducting regular price checks as per the assigned schedule.
Essential Duties - Responsibilities
Responsibility Breakdown
SERVICE: 40%
Foster a welcoming atmosphere for customers, making them feel valued and appreciated. Perform test scans on merchandise categories to verify price accuracy, descriptions, and tax classifications. Ensure all shelf labels and signage are accurate and that items lacking UPC codes are properly priced. Address and resolve any pricing issues or discrepancies in the price files.
FINANCIAL: 30%
Carry out daily and weekly administrative responsibilities, including communications, online training, and price file updates. Regularly review shelf labels and signage for accuracy and take corrective actions as necessary. Assist in organizing and planning inventory processes, ensuring products are stored at appropriate temperatures in compliance with food safety standards.
LEADERSHIP: 15%
Encourage trust and respect among team members by promoting collaboration and teamwork. Coordinate with store and department management to effectively implement pricing changes, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
COMPLIANCE/SAFETY: 15%
Uphold company standards for safety, food handling practices, and sanitation. Adhere to all regulatory compliance requirements related to food safety and execute product recalls and withdrawals promptly. Promote a culture of safety within the store by ensuring all associates are trained and equipped with necessary safety gear.

Relevant Experience
3 to 6 years of experience preferred; no supervisory experience required.
Language Requirements
English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States. Successful completion of pre-employment drug testing and background checks is required. Strong customer service skills and excellent interpersonal, motivational, and communication abilities are essential. Proficiency in computer applications relevant to department operations is necessary.
