Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Corporate Recruiter to join our team at TEKsystems. As a key member of our Financial Operations team, you will be responsible for recruiting top talent for senior-level positions in our Financial Operations teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit and hire top talent for senior-level positions in Financial Operations teams, including Senior Managers of Operations, Regional Controllers, and DFOs.
  • Manage the full cycle hiring process, including sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing, candidate selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement proactive, long-term recruiting strategies to meet the staffing needs of our Financial Operations teams.
  • Partner with Executive-level Hiring Managers to assess business needs, outline position descriptions, and understand the skills and ability requirements for their openings.
  • Provide consistent communication with hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruiting process to ensure an efficient hiring experience.
  • Administer background and credit checks for candidates, and coordinate start dates and new hire orientations.
  • Conduct applicant tracking to ensure compliance with EEO and OFCCP guidelines, and conduct referral tracking for potential and current employees.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of successful recruiting experience, specifically in the Accounting and Finance industry, or a minimum of 2 years of Executive-level Recruiting experience.
  • Proven success in establishing and building networks to support immediate and future needs.
  • Organized and a team player with strong problem-solving abilities and experience interacting with all levels of leadership.
  • Highly self-sufficient with the ability and desire to work on both a local and virtual team.
