Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to provide exceptional technical assistance and support to our clients. This role involves both remote and onsite support, ensuring that all technical issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
Contract Details:
- Duration: 6+ months, with potential for extension or permanent placement based on performance.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 02:00 PM to 11:00 PM (shifts available).
- Compensation: $20-22 per hour, commensurate with experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a variety of technical services to meet the needs of our clients, both remotely and at their locations.
- Lead small teams in executing basic work packages, adhering to company protocols.
- Maintain thorough documentation of completed tasks to ensure compliance with organizational and client standards.
- Identify and escalate issues as necessary to meet client expectations and resolve concerns effectively.
- Provide outstanding customer service to both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring a consistent and positive experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Ability to adhere to established procedures and guidelines.
- Demonstrated experience in an IT desktop support environment.
- Proficient in utilizing information systems and technology applications relevant to the IT sector.
- Exhibits strong organizational skills in managing tasks.
- Possesses excellent customer service skills.
- Basic administrative competencies.
- Strong interpersonal skills along with fundamental literacy and numeracy abilities.
- Awareness of workplace health and safety standards.
