Job Opportunity: Tech Support Specialist
Company Overview: OneSupport is a leading provider of remote technical support services.
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers via phone, email, and chat.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner
- Escalate complex issues to senior technical support specialists when necessary
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their technical needs and provide solutions
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of experience in technical support or a related field
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of computer systems and software
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- ITIL certification
- Experience with customer relationship management software
