We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Technical Support Specialist who is eager to advance their career. You will be the key resource for resolving escalated support tickets, providing guidance to team members, and ensuring user satisfaction across a diverse clientele, including administrative staff and executives. Your expertise in both Windows and Apple environments will be crucial as you manage support for over 700 users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain hardware and software systems.
  • Monitor and update client networks, ensuring optimal performance and security.
  • Educate users on best practices for computer usage and maintenance.
  • Maintain an inventory of software and equipment, distributing resources as needed.
  • Provide support for mobile devices and desktop environments.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in a technical support role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
