Job Overview:

As a Technical Support Specialist at Botrista, you will play a crucial role in managing the operational and service engineering facets of our DrinkBot systems. Your responsibilities will include addressing real-time field challenges, developing technical service documentation, and improving product, process, and service quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver immediate troubleshooting assistance for Tier-3 escalations in collaboration with field service and technical teams.
  • Evaluate system anomalies, propose solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction through timely communication and effective problem resolution.
  • Engage in product development stages, including software/hardware validation, documentation, and deployment strategies.
  • Develop and revise service protocols, technical bulletins, training materials, and other technical documentation.
  • Manage field tools and solutions, supporting failure investigations, data collection, and analysis in close partnership with engineering units.
  • Initiate enhancements to service processes and standardization initiatives to boost operational efficiency.
  • Contribute to Quality/Post-Market Surveillance activities, including Field Actions and CAPA implementations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proven expertise in analytical thinking, troubleshooting, and problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with relational database management systems, scripting languages, and tools such as Python, Matlab, PowerShell, etc.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to collaborate within cross-functional teams.

Compensation:
$85,000 - $120,000 annually
