Overview:
A prominent global leader in the Freight Forwarding and Logistics sector is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Sales Support Specialist to enhance their operations.
The Sales Support Specialist will play a crucial role in facilitating sales processes by managing client accounts, addressing customer inquiries, and pursuing potential leads.

Key Responsibilities Include but are Not Limited to:
Client Account Management:
* Deliver dedicated assistance to current clients, promptly and professionally addressing their inquiries and requests.
* Generate and present reports as necessary, ensuring precision and timeliness.
* Aid in the creation and distribution of rate quotes for shipments, coordinating international business activities as needed.

Lead Engagement:
* Follow up on leads provided by overseas partners, including rate quotes and inquiries.
* Maintain consistent communication with prospective clients to foster relationships and encourage conversions.
* Collaborate with the sales team to ensure prompt and effective follow-up on all leads and opportunities.

Customer Support:
* Act as a primary contact for customer inquiries, delivering exceptional service and resolving issues efficiently.
* Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with clients, demonstrating a commitment to fulfilling their needs and surpassing expectations.

Documentation and Administrative Support:
* Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and communications utilizing our CRM system.
* Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and other necessary documentation.
* Support the sales team with administrative duties, including data entry, file management, and reporting.

Qualifications:
* Prior experience in sales, customer service, or account management, ideally within the logistics or freight forwarding field.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and colleagues at all levels.
* Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a dynamic environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM software.
* Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team, showcasing initiative, adaptability, and a positive demeanor.
* Degrees in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related discipline are preferred but not mandatory.

The compensation range provided represents the low and high end of the base salary we reasonably expect to offer for this position. Actual base compensation may vary and could be above or below the range based on various factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, actual experience, and job performance.
