ROUNDHOUSE COMMUNITIES LLC, a progressive developer and manager of a variety of real estate initiatives, is in search of a motivated individual to take on the role of Community Engagement Coordinator.

Established in 2008, our organization operates across multiple states, managing over 7,000 multi-family units and overseeing assets exceeding $1.5 billion.

In this role, the Community Engagement Coordinator will assist the Community Manager in various facets of property oversight, including leasing activities, rent collection, maintenance coordination, resident interactions, and financial documentation.

Responsibilities include:
  • Facilitating apartment leasing, which encompasses processing applications, conducting property tours, and drafting lease agreements.
  • Addressing resident inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinating move-ins and move-outs, including performing unit inspections and preparing necessary documentation.
  • Collecting and processing rent payments, preparing deposits, and maintaining precise resident account records.
  • Assisting in the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports, including occupancy and delinquency statistics.
  • Helping to plan and execute resident events and activities.
  • Maintaining accurate and current resident and vendor files.

Ensure compliance with city, state, and federal Fair Housing regulations, as well as relevant local laws regarding resident screening, relations, general operations, and marketing standards.

Adhere to all property management policies and procedures. Follow safety protocols as outlined in the Employee Handbook, Standard Operating Procedures, and safety labels on equipment.

Qualifications include:

  • Some college coursework in business, real estate, or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of one year of bookkeeping, accounting, and financial experience is preferred.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in onsite multi-family housing is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is required.
  • Experience with property management software (such as Yardi Voyager, RentCafe, Yieldstar, LEO, and CRM) is preferred.
  • Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to property management.
  • A customer service orientation and a passion for property management.
  • A strong desire to lead within your role and the local community.
