Qualifications:

Required:
Minimum of 2 years in a leadership role with a proven ability to coach and provide constructive feedback. Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to confidentiality and quality service are essential. Experience in budget creation and management is also required.

Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
