Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our dynamic team as a Patient Care Coordinator. This role is essential in ensuring a seamless experience for our patients within a supportive and engaging environment.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Patient Care Coordinator, your duties will include:
1. Managing patient appointments and scheduling follow-up visits.
2. Welcoming and checking in patients with a friendly and professional demeanor.
3. Handling incoming calls and addressing patient inquiries effectively.
4. Verifying insurance coverage and assisting with billing processes.
5. Collecting patient payments and managing financial transactions.
6. Maintaining accurate patient records and updating information as necessary.
7. Assisting with treatment coordination and patient referrals.
8. Collaborating with the dental team to ensure the highest standard of patient care.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Prior experience in a dental or healthcare setting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in computer skills and a willingness to learn new software.
- The ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A customer service-oriented mindset with empathy for patient concerns.
- Familiarity with dental insurance and billing processes is advantageous.
