Position Overview

Venture Medical, LLC is a rapidly expanding distributor of medical supplies, operating with a dynamic team that includes both local and remote professionals. The Communications and Marketing Specialist will collaborate closely with the Chief of Staff to devise and execute comprehensive marketing and communication strategies aimed at enhancing both internal and external engagement. This role involves crafting promotional content and facilitating communications with various stakeholders, including manufacturers, sales representatives, distributors, and clients, to elevate brand visibility and product awareness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of impactful communication strategies directed at manufacturers, clients, and potential customers.
  • Oversee the creation of promotional materials and marketing campaigns, utilizing both internal and external resources for distribution across various channels.
  • Assist in the design and preparation of presentations for sales training sessions, product showcases, and client proposals.
  • Generate engaging copy and content for our offerings, disseminating it through diverse media platforms, including traditional and social media. Actively monitor social media channels to address any issues or concerns.
  • Coordinate the assembly of materials for trade shows, conferences, and other significant events.
  • Draft and circulate regular newsletters and articles containing company updates and industry insights.

Additional Duties

  • Engage in professional forums and social media groups to discuss relevant industry topics.
  • Oversee the corporate website and social media profiles, responding to inquiries as needed.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform product development and sales strategies.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Self-motivated with the capacity to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Highly organized, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment while juggling various responsibilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a similar area.
  • Strong understanding of diverse marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, including social media, digital, and email marketing.
  • Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and Google Analytics.
  • Experience in managing media campaigns (both organic and paid) for B2B contexts, encompassing traditional and social media channels, is advantageous.

Physical Requirements

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer may be necessary. Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
