Key Responsibilities
As a vital member of our marketing department, you will:

Qualifications
Skills:
We are looking for someone with:
  • An outgoing personality and strong communication skills.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
  • A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to tasks.
  • A genuine passion for the outdoor recreation industry.

Experience:
This is an entry-level position, though prior experience in marketing or writing is advantageous. Proficiency in skiing or snowboarding is required.

Education:
A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.

Additional Requirements
Applicants must possess a valid driver’s license and be at least 21 years of age.

Physical Demands
The role may require lifting up to 20 lbs and standing for extended periods. Strong skiing or snowboarding skills in various conditions are essential, as is the willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Review Process
Performance evaluations will occur after the initial six months and annually thereafter.
