ADP is seeking a Sales Support Analyst – Reporting within our Commercial Operations Center of Excellence (CoE)
This is a hybrid role. As a
Sales Support Analyst
Reporting, you will play a crucial role in constructing and delivering timely, top-tier sales productivity and market metrics, while also enhancing operational process efficiencies within ADP's Global Sales & Marketing organization. Your analytical and technical expertise, combined with business insight, will be vital in measuring KPIs and facilitating effective decision-making across various business units (BUs). We are looking for individuals who are self-motivated, intellectually inquisitive, and possess a proven ability to identify and develop innovative solutions to business challenges and opportunities. You will collaborate with Sales & Operational Leaders and various internal teams, including Analytics & Automation and Market & Territory Planning, while also managing urgent day-to-day business responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Conduct data analytics to proactively generate insights about the business and provide daily, weekly, and monthly updates to the Business Unit(s) and leaders through dashboards and reports.+ Create standardized reporting, analysis, and communications to support sales leaders across different business units.+ Utilize various dashboarding tools to enhance data storytelling and visualization.+ Gain a comprehensive understanding of key sales data sources and their interactions to produce meaningful reporting and identify solutions for data gaps, sourcing, or dependencies (i.e., SFDC, Oracle...).+ Employ exploratory data analysis to uncover significant relationships, patterns, or trends from complex data sets and identify opportunities to support decision-making.+ Offer highly engaged, client-focused, and Just-in
  • Time support for Sales partners.
+ Perform ad-hoc sales analysis and manage quick turnaround times for all assigned tasks/projects.+ Seek information to comprehend sales team needs, identify, and provide recommendations on effectively managing changes and support.+ Understand and explain technical terminology and various approaches in an easily digestible manner.

Required Qualifications:

+ A college degree is beneficial but not mandatory. What matters most is having the necessary skills to perform the job.

Other acceptable experiences may include:

  • 1-2 years of experience in Sales or Marketing Operations, Data Reporting & Analytics, or Process Improvement. Familiarity with CRM platforms and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (SFDC, Oracle, Capsule...) is advantageous. Prior experience with data aggregation and querying (i.e., SQL, AWS...) is a plus. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving sales environment, showcasing excellent organizational skills. Strong relationship-building capabilities, the ability to collaborate in a cross-functional setting, and the capacity to handle confidential matters. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in business terms. Proven ability to work effectively both independently and within a team-based environment. Demonstrated excellence in conducting complex, impactful, and high-visibility analyses.

Preference will be given to candidates who exhibit the following qualities:+ Ability to work independently and proactively resolve issues.+ Ownership mindset, prioritizing customer needs, curiosity, and high ethical standards.+ Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.+ Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with organizational and time management capabilities.+ Proficient in Excel, Sales Enablement Tools (CRM, GONG, Seismic, etc.), MS Word, and PowerPoint.+ Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and sound judgment/decision-making abilities.+ Capacity to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment and meet deadlines.+ Knowledge of HR and Payroll industry tools and best practices is a plus.
