In this role, you will be tasked with constructing and delivering timely, top-tier sales productivity and market entry metrics, while also enhancing operational process efficiencies within ADP's Global Sales & Marketing division. Your analytical and technical expertise, combined with business insight, will be pivotal in measuring sales metrics (KPIs) and facilitating effective decision-making across various sales units. We are looking for individuals who are proactive, intellectually inquisitive, and possess a proven track record of developing innovative solutions to business challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage data analytics to proactively generate insights regarding business performance and relay updates to sales leadership.
  • Prepare standardized reporting, analysis, and communications on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to support sales leaders.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of essential sales data sources and their interrelations to produce insightful reporting and identify solutions for data gaps or dependencies.
  • Utilize exploratory data analysis to uncover significant relationships, patterns, or trends within complex datasets and identify opportunities for informed decision-making.
  • Provide highly engaged, client-centric, and timely support for Sales partners.
  • Conduct ad-hoc sales analyses and manage prompt turnaround times for all assigned tasks and projects.
  • Seek to understand the needs of the sales team, offering recommendations on effectively managing changes and providing support.
  • Demonstrate the ability to explain technical terminology and various methodologies in an easily understandable manner.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with CRM platforms and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with data aggregation and querying is advantageous.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic sales environment, showcasing exceptional organizational skills.
  • Strong relationship-building capabilities, with the ability to collaborate across functions and handle sensitive information.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in business terms.
  • Proven effectiveness in both independent and team-oriented work environments.
  • Exhibit outstanding performance in conducting complex, impactful analyses.

Preferred Qualifications: Preference will be given to candidates who possess:

  • A college degree is beneficial but not mandatory; possessing the necessary skills is paramount.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Sales or Marketing Operations, Data Reporting & Analytics, or Process Improvement.
