We are in search of a confident and experienced SERVICE ADVISOR, preferably with experience in Hyundai, to help drive our service operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience
- Welcome customers upon arrival
- Utilize all service lane tools effectively
- Conduct a thorough vehicle inspection with the customer, noting any visible issues
- Accurately gather customer and vehicle information for our records
- Document all vehicle concerns as described by the customer
- Verify warranty and service contract coverage by reviewing vehicle documentation
- Recommend necessary maintenance based on vehicle age, mileage, and history
- Establish preferred communication methods with customers
- Obtain customer approvals and permissions as needed
- Prepare detailed and accurate service estimates based on technician feedback
- Monitor vehicle progress and keep customers informed throughout the service process
- Build long-term relationships with customers
- Review final invoices with customers and ensure clarity
- Facilitate quality customer feedback to the manufacturer
- Develop follow-up plans for customer engagement

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license
- Previous experience as a Hyundai advisor
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Team-oriented mindset
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for sales and customer satisfaction
- Skill in building and maintaining a loyal client base
