Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service.
- Conduct test drives to identify and confirm vehicle issues.
- Safely maneuver vehicles in and out of service areas.
- Utilize proper lifting techniques for vehicle maintenance.
- Diagnose and resolve customer concerns according to manufacturer guidelines.
- Employ diagnostic tools and equipment to assess vehicle systems.
- Perform thorough multipoint inspections and recommend necessary maintenance or repairs.
- Test drive vehicles post-repair to ensure issues have been resolved.
- Communicate effectively with service advisors regarding customer repairs and additional needs.
- Stay updated on manufacturer training, recalls, and bulletins.
- Execute warranty repairs in compliance with manufacturer standards.
- Maintain an appropriate set of tools for vehicle repairs.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.
- Keep current with Hyundai certification and training requirements.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong communication and diagnostic skills.
- Hyundai certifications are required.
- Automotive degree or relevant schooling is a plus.
Reporting Structure: This position reports directly to the Service Manager.
