SCHEDULE: Flexible part-time availability required Monday through Friday, with rotating Saturday shifts among team members.

POSITION SUMMARY: The Property Leasing Consultant plays a vital role in supporting the daily leasing and administrative functions of the community. This position collaborates with Community and Leasing Managers to achieve all key performance indicators (KPIs).

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assist residents and prospective tenants with their daily inquiries in a professional manner (including rent payments, ledger inquiries, etc.)
  • Consistently exemplify outstanding customer service and teamwork principles
  • Collaborate with the team to meet daily and weekly leasing objectives
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all community aspects to respond effectively to inquiries
  • Work cooperatively with colleagues in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service and sales
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Familiarity with Entrata Software or property management software is advantageous
  • Ability to remain composed in high-pressure situations
  • Dedication to providing exceptional service
  • Warm and approachable demeanor
  • Basic computer proficiency: ability to type and write correspondence, memos, etc.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
