Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess customer needs and deliver outstanding service.
  • Ensure protective mats and seat covers are utilized in customer vehicles.
  • Safely maneuver vehicles in and out of service bays.
  • Utilize manufacturer-recommended lift points for vehicle lifting.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Perform essential vehicle maintenance tasks, including oil changes, battery tests, fluid top-offs, and filter replacements.
  • Torque wheels to manufacturer specifications and reset tire pressure monitoring systems.
  • Conduct thorough multi-point vehicle inspections and make service recommendations based on findings.
  • Reset oil life monitoring systems in vehicles.
  • Install service reminder stickers in vehicles.
  • Clean any service-related residue from vehicles before delivery.
  • Stay updated with manufacturer training and vehicle advancements.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Basic toolset, including an air impact gun.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to follow processes and take direction.
  • Punctuality and availability to work on Saturdays.
  • Capability to lift and move up to 75 lbs.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods on concrete surfaces.
  • Willingness to work in non-air-conditioned conditions.
