Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and nurturing relationships with customers through proactive sales efforts
- Conducting thorough needs assessments and providing appropriate product recommendations
- Facilitating negotiations and closing sales
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions in the internal lead management system
- Mastering the sales process, including overcoming objections and closing techniques
- Personally delivering sold vehicles to ensure customer satisfaction and generate referrals
- Engaging in business development and networking to drive sales
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in the automotive industry is required
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record are mandatory
- Availability to work weekends and evenings is essential
- Self-motivated with a desire to learn and achieve
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in building and maintaining a loyal customer base is preferred
- Awareness of current industry trends and news
